Does your cat know your pregnant?

My beautiful - but mostly aloof - cat has started sniffing and liking my arm.  Today he got up on my lap - which he never does - and starting making biscuits!   Does he know something?

Aw such a pretty kitty! I swear animals know, mine have been following me around nonstop. Usually the dog and cat hate being this close together but they’ve both been glued to me.

I think they know as this “mummy cat” we rescued hates to be on you or cuddle and today she decided to jump on me after my shower and now I feel bad moving lol
