Stomach pain I’m 18 Wks today

Mayra • Third time mommy to a beautiful baby girl Rosalia , Thalia , & Viviana we are adding our last baby and this time is a BOY 💙 in May 30, 2023.

So has anyone stomach hurt like cramp or pain around your lower pelvic ? It feels like I need to go number 2 I go and I can’t go. Then it feels like I have gas trap . It started yesterday evening and all last night I couldn’t sleep that good .
