Stomach flu 🤦🏽‍♀️

Last night around 2am my stomach was hurting like I needed to go number 2 but I couldn’t go . Then this morning I had breakfast and in 5 minutes I had it to go number 2 I went and my stomach stop hurting then again I ate two bean burritos and in 5 minutes or do my stomach was hurting like I had it to go number 2 . I called my doctor and he told me it sounds like I have the stomach flu . Has anyone had this while being 18 weeks ? Doctor told me not to worry about baby she’s fine just to rest and drink lots of fluids . This is my first time having the stomach flu.
