Younger teenagers and sex

I have seen several posts and comments about young teenagers having sex. I'm talking about 15 to even 13 year old teens. Do you believe that we should do more to educate teens on sex and how to prevent pregnancy and STDs or do you believe we should attempt to get teens to just not be sexually active? How will you go about teaching your own teens about sex? Will you encourage protection or simply tell them to not have sex?

My question for the poll is are you okay with younger teens being sexually active?
