Question/Advice Concerning Trigger Shot

This is my first cycle using Letrozole to stimulate my follicles, and I went to my MD today and I had 1 mature follicle measuring 21x24, and a good endometrial wall so they went ahead and gave my the trigger shot around 11 am. The MD instructed me to have intercourse around 24 hours after the trigger shot but I will be working around that time so he said to do it immediately after (which would be around 31-32 hours after trigger).

I was wondering if I should do it before I go to work which would be around 17-18 hours following trigger shot.

I don't know which would be best to do. My husband had a reversal over a year ago, but motility was ok (perhaps a little slow).

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
