Will I succeed as a cashier if im very slow at counting money😩 im a little scared of going in as a cashier but those are the most jobs available, any tips for money counting or anything else😩

Agree with Jadyn, I cashiered for about 3 years and most customers used cards anyway. When cash is used, all we would have to do is type in the amount they gave you in cash and the register would subtract the total and tell you how much cash to give back. You will run across some customers who are in a rush but then you will have good ones who are patient and positive. Just try not to overthink it too much. You got this 👍🏽

The good news is most people pay with cards and the cash register tells you how much you would owe them in change. But if you don’t know which bills to grab without doing a whole math equation I wouldn’t bother.
