Hemorrhoids

Please help. I am 20 weeks pregnant I struggle with constipation . I was constipated for about a week finally after trying a million things I was able to go, but the past few times after going my butt hole has been hurting/ itching for hours after. I try not to strain, I thought I was wiping to rough I’ve tried softer toilet paper and even wipes but after each time my butt home is still very uncomfortable. Is there anything I can do to soothe this?
