In need of some advice before tomorrow

I am in the UK... I had hormone checks done in January of this year and eveything was good, my partner also had his first SA done, this was all done after we had been ttc for 7 months(iam 36). Well to our surprise we found out we were pregnant a weeks after receiving these results but unfortunately our little bean didn't make it past 8 week, I had a mmc and a d&c in April this year... My cycle went back to normal pretty quick(always been a quick healer) and we have been ttc ever since with no luck.

I am due a doctors visit tomorrow and was wondering if there is anything specific I should ask for like more bloods or medication etc.
