spotting week of period

hello ladies so my first month of using letrozole (clomid didn’t work ) .. i was expecting my period december 3rd but i start spotting on and off starting november 28th whole week no pad blood only when i wiped and it went from light pink to brown .. any reasons? and i’ve gotten negative pregnancy test🤦🏽‍♀️driving myself insane 🥺
