Can't really see anything from this picture. It looks like the back of the baby.

This baby is a little too young to tell.... looks like 10-12 weeks? Usually babies need to be around 16 weeks to see their genitalia, and even then results can be inaccurate. Most doctors won't tell you until 20 weeks.
