Pelvic floor physical therapy

I have been going since June for 6 months and have made tremendous progress and have less pain with insertion and able to “almost” have sex with my boyfriend of 3 years . When I started I couldn’t even be touched without freaking out. I went to try and get a Pap smear and my ob/gyn who was nice and tried her best couldn’t have the speculum go in the cold feeling and the pressure so she couldn’t even insert it all the way. I left crying and being told to continue going to physical therapy but like I have been going for 6 months is over $200 and appointment and practically going every week is a lot of money ($800 a month) , I am in college, have loans and I know it has helped but like I physically can’t do this another 6 months since it’s a lot of $$$. I’m so stuck since like if I don’t keep going I one day will have to go back to get to where I need but it is so frustrating, I don’t know anyone else who has this issue and has so much difficulty. I
