I am exclusively pumping and feeding my baby that way. I usually pump every 3-4 hours anywhere from 4:30 AM-11PM. This range of time varies some based on my baby sleeping. But I don’t really pump at night unless she wakes up because 90% of the time she sleeps through the night. I tried to pump earlier and my left nipple and close to my nipple is hurting so bad. I just went to the ob this morning and she felt them and said it looked fine. Why on earth is it so painful? I couldn’t even pump a full 20 minutes earlier because it hurt so bad.
