Postpartum rash? After 4 weeks

Hi everyone, is there anyone who experienced this? I gave birth exactly 4 weeks after and I had this. During pregnancy I don’t have it. I went to my doctor and she said maybe I used new items that I have an allergy with. We never changed on anything.

I know that there is something or messed up in my hormones. It’s very itchy. Went to Er to make sure it was not contagious. They said it must be a contact dermatitis. They gave me a prednisone for 5 days and hydrocortisone topical and nothing happens. Right now. I am taking Allegra for the itchiness.

Is there anyone same situation as me? Did your skin went back?

How long does it take to go back in normal?
