Newborn allergic to our pets

My daughter was born on Monday the 20th. Since being home she’s been very stuffed, wheezing, sneezing and coughing and breaking out when the pets come close. She has a dr apt today. Do they even offer allergy tests at this age? If not do we just rehome our cats and dogs? What does everyone think? My daughter comes first so if we have to rehome them the. I’d do it in a heartbeat for her. Also what can happen if she continues this way until they are rehomed? I’m so worried she will stop breathing. Should I stay in a hotel or something until my hubby can rehome them? Thanks 😊
