I won’t stop bleeding.

I’m on nexplanon and have been for about 2 years and since getting on it my period is finally starting to semi regulate so I can guess how long it’s gonna be and when it’s comes pretty easily (I usually have my period and then skip a month and so on) but this month my period came at the exact same time it did last month (which hasn’t happened since I got on the birth control). I thought it was gonna be my normal 6-7 day period (maybe even lighter cause I JUST had one) sometimes it gets up to nine days at the most but it seems that’s not happening this time. I’m on day 10 of my period and still bleeding like I would in the first few days of my period if not worse. This has happened a few times with the long bleeding time periods but this time I’m in a relationship with a healthy sex life that this is affecting . it’s getting really frustrating because I’m really low on income and cannot keep purchasing tampons every three days. I miss having sex with my partner and it just feels like it’s never gonna go away. Would you recommend getting off of the birth control? Any tips on how to slow my period ? Anything would help right now
