It looks like it may be the start of it. Keep an eye on the redness and pay attention for pain and oozing. It couldn’t hurt to call your OB to have them take a quick look too.

You need to keep it clean wash it with antibacterial dial soap I've had 3 csections and  never have had any problems you don't want it to get infected . Keep it clean and dry
