I don’t have a pretty ultrasound to show.. I went to the hospital yesterday after I noticed spotting and a clot come out. I’ve had no pain or anymore spotting since but when I was at the hospital they did an abdominal scan and couldn’t find a heartbeat. Should I be concerned that I had a miscarriage or was it too early for them to detect it on an abdominal ultrasound?
