Orgasms aren't targeted to your pelvic floors and so no, don't help the way pelvic floor exercises do. Unless of course you're going to orgasm for 15 mins consecutively at differing intensities and lengths of hold. By all means orgasm, but don't think it's a replacement for actual pelvic floor work. Most women can and do orgasm regularly, but so many still piss themselves when they sneeze 🤷‍♀️
No penetration and make sure you have clean hands, but it might make you feel uncomfortable rather than pleasurable.
