Weird Question

breastfeeding momma or anyone that could answer this question. My 9 month old has thrush, unsure of how she got it and it got me thinking. Nothing has changed expect for the last week I’ve been all about bread, so my intake of such has increased more than ever since breastfeeding. Could the extra yeast I am consuming be the cause? She is currently on medication but is acting fine and wouldn’t have know anything was wrong expect I noticed the white patches in her mouth. Just thought I’d see if anyone could answer 😊 here’s a picture of my pretty baby
