Honestly I know I’m skinny but that comment was uncalled for.. I had already eaten which is why I wasn’t hungry, said person disregarded that and just said that. Not underweight either lol. I think the comment was unnecessary.

It’s rude. Calling someone skinny is just as hurtful as calling them fat. Body shaming is body shaming. Period. Tell them to mind their business.

I get this shit from guys constantly. It’s rude and it’s offensive. I’m 114lbs and 5’6 and just bc I’m not their body type they feel the need to make fun of me for “not eating” (I love food so there’s no way I could reject it) some people just carry their weight differently than others. Any comments on someone else’s weight especially if it’s not asked for, needs 🤐!!

Not necessarily “insulting”. They might be thinking “skinny=good” and have some crazy idea that they were giving you a compliment. Still not okay. It’s definitely rude, uncalled for, and unnecessary.
