Pp csection bleeding

I have had super irregular bleeding after having a C-section. I bled only for a few days after and then I didn’t bleed for a couple more days. After I wasn’t bleeding for 3-4 days I was standing and I had a major rush of blood. It overflowed my pad and ran all down my leg (I was wearing leggings). Then I bled a little bit more just spotting. But it completely stopped around two and a half weeks. But now suddenly I’m 5 weeks and I’m bleeding reddish pink blood with clots. I’m wondering if this is normal or should I go see a doctor?
