Cold during pregnancy

I’m currently 38w1d pregnant with my first. I’m being induced at 39 due to my baby being smaller a few months back. I noticed on Christmas eve my throat was killing me and my boyfriend had a sore throat a few days before but nothing else. I started coughing really bad on Christmas and my nose has been running and clogged at the same time. I think it’s just a cold but when I get colds I usually don’t have a sore throat or this much coughing. It’s gotten to the point my ribs feel bruised from coughing and I can’t breathe at night while I sleep. It keeps me up and I can’t seem to get rid of the congestion. I don’t know if I should call my ob since I’m pretty sure it’s a cold and don’t want to be dramatic but it’s getting hard for me to sleep and I’m worried it might hurt the baby
