Soft spot

I was getting my baby (4 months old) out of her car seat and I accidentally hit her head on the bar\handle of the car seat. She didn’t really cry at all and she hasn’t been acting any different. I’m not sure if it hit on her soft spot or not but I called her pediatrician to see what they recommended. They just said to monitor her for bruising, vomiting, bulging all that stuff. So far it’s been a few hours and she is still acting normal, hasn’t thrown up, isn’t acting tired and her soft spot isn’t bruised or bulging. But I am still worried sick her pediatrician is closed for holidays until then new year so I can’t have them check her for peace of mind. I am 99% sure she is okay but the 1% is getting to me. Is there any moms out there that have done a similar thing and the baby has turned out alright I really need some peace of mind. Thank you 🙏
