15 month old constant crying

he cries and cries and cries and cries all day all night. anyone else been through this because i feel like he’s the only one. he knows how to communicate through baby sign language/ some words and he will sometimes but most of the time it’s just screaming crying.

he goes to sleep around 730/8 and by 10 he’s up crying. he wakes up again around 4 then again around 6 just screaming like he’s dying. he wants to sleep on top of me.

i am so frustrated with him day in and day out bc i can’t sleep. i can’t look at my phone for 5 minutes. i can’t make dinner. i can’t do anything cause it’s just crying.

it’s too much.
