Is this normal? I’ll randomly get a feeling like my hands and/or feet have fallen asleep and are waking up. Like that tingling pins and needles. It’s so weird. Should I be worried?

Usually not something to worry about. As your uterus grows and body changes, sometimes pressure can be out on a nerve causing tingling in limbs...9 weeks is pretty early for the uterus to be growing to that point, but general swelling associated with pregnancy (increased blood, fluid retention) could do it as well.

Her eits recommended to take iron from 10 weeks. Not sur eif you have guidelines regarding that?
