Progesterone and spotting

I have my US today and I'm terrified of what they are going to find or not find. I am on progesterone suppositories and since I've been taking them I've had crazy looking discharge and some spotting. No cramps or clots just random dark red or dark brown or bright pink sometimes just red never enough to be in the toilet or in a pad just on the TP when I wipe. In the last two pregnancies blood meant Subchorionic hemorrhage not MC and they did not end well for me and I'm so scared right now. I want this baby so bad and I'm praying with everything in me that he or she makes it. Some success stories would be great to hear rn
