Uterus inversion

I was hoping to get some answers. I had my son in April 2019, after giving birth I had a uterus inversion which resulted in emergency surgery. I also caught a infection called chorioamnionitis before having my son due to being in labor so long after my water broke at only 1cm. They never really told me if I would be high risk to get pregnant again or what all my options would be or if I’d even be able to get pregnant again. We are really wanting another and are trying with no luck quite yet. I was talking with my sister in law about it and was wondering if I should talk to a high risk obgyn first and weigh my options before it happening. They did tell me if I was to get pregnant id have to have a csection but idk where to even start 😫 Has anybody had a uterus inversion and was successful after and what steps did you take?
