Have you had what seemed like a period but still ended up pregnant?

I had an iui on Dec 4th was told to test on the 19th and it was negative. I came back later and saw a faint line but chalked it up to being an evap line. 2 days later I had what I thought was a period that lasted 4 days with dark brown and red bleeding. I have been having heartburn and still having some weird discharge so I decided to test again and it is positive. Not a dark Possitive but definitely there.

Has anyone ever had a healthy pregnancy after a “period”? I plan on testing again in two days to see if it is any darker. I had a chemical in September and I felt completely different with that one. Had faint positive test missed period by a week but line never got darker had blood work done to confirm the loss.
