Help?! 14w pregnant, been spotting 10 days

EDIT: Been to the doctor's thay finally figured out it's an old bleed, and it's clearing slowly. Even tho I'm still spotting, I feel immensely better now. It also looks like I have placenta previa, but i'll wory about that later. Thank you to all who commented, it allmade me feel better.

Hey girls! Since Google is useless and my gyno says "either the pregnancy will stick or it won't there is nothing we can do about it this early" i need your help/experience.

So I'm 14w3days pregnant, and have been spotting for over 10days. I went to the obgyn and he did an ultrasound and evwrything was ok, heartbeat and movement and all butit just hasn't stopped and I'm getting worried.

Has this happened to anyone? Please calm me down?

Just as a precaution we stopped having sex, and i have an appointment on Thursday bit it feels like its a long way off.
