Trigger warning? I posted on another category but i could use opinions

So about 4 days ago i found out that my baby was only measuring 6 weeks and there wasnt a detectible heartbeat. Im currently supposed to be 10 weeks 2 days... i have 2 other babies and i always noticed fluttering even when they were very small in the ultrasound from the heartbeat, i didnt see that with this one... They told me to come back in a week (wednesday) to check for any growth, a heartbeat and blood work... And thats 2 days before we leave for disney world for my sons birthday, im just freaking out and want to know if anyone has ever been through this and what happened in their situations... I would really appreciate any comments or opinions, thank you❤😔
