How long after stopping long term BC pill use was it for you to get back to a hormonal “normal”?
I stopped in late October, had one last period end of November, negative pregnancy test at 9 days late (today).
My doctor already checked me a month ago and I’m all good everywhere else. I’m just waiting for my hormones to balance back, I guess?
