Iud and bleeding

So i had the nexplanon put in my arm in march and had it for about 5 months and never quit bleeding to the point where i almost hemorrhage. I got it removed then had the mireena iud put in and i have had worse bleeding and brown discharge ever since, and my GYN wont get back to me. Im sorry if this is tmi but i know this is not normal but wondering if anyone else had problems like this? Ive also been having huge chunks of uterine lining pass as-well to the point where i thought it was a miscarriage. I want to remove it but im running out of birth control options.
