Ttc 1dpo first month trying

First month trying… 1dpo so far no symptoms. Yesterday I felt like I can eat anything and past 2 days constantly hungry. I think I ovulated early… I had a miscarriage 9 years ago when I was young. I can always feel ovulation for the whole week bc I get middleshmertz every month. That one month I got pregnant (ended in miscarriage and didn’t try again) I noticed that I didn’t feel the ovulation pains that month. This month hubby and I did it New Years and after that I completely dried up w no pain. Anyone else have this happen and get bfp? Thanks guys I’d also like to add I’m 29. I just got married in October
