Sudden drop in Breast Milk
11 week old baby; exclusively breast fed. Had one day of spotting this week prior to this my milk supply dropped significantly would get 7-8 Oz of milk/pump session now I’m getting 4 maybe 5 if I am lucky.
Drinking body Armour.
Started a lactation brownie today.
I’m so worried as I return to work next week. I know a period can cause a drop- but it was spotting and it’s over? I know stress can to. Just panicking now!
