Is this Braxton Hicks?

First pregnancy don’t know too much about Braxton hicks . I’m 30 weeks and a few days pregnant. I’m having sharp pains all over my stomach it lasted for about 5-6 minutes then slowly started to calm down I still feel lit but it’s calming down I feel it in my lower back a little bit as well. For the past couple days I’ve been having issues sleeping at night due to this same reason. Typically at night the pain hurts in my pelvic area most. But as of right now if I move from laying on my side it hurts a lot. I just want to know if this is what Braxton hicks feel like? Or contractions? My doctor always asks me have I been having any but I honestly don’t know because I’ve never been pregnant before. Thank you!
