Trapped gas
Can trapped gas cause a cramp so bad it felt like a contraction pain? I feel like it’s gas but the feeling it gave me for a couple seconds is what scared me 🙃 I’m 14 weeks and up to this point I’ve had a normal pregnancy, today my stomach is a little achey but I assumed it was just my uterus growing.
