Smoking Weed while breastfeeding?

‼️NOT an argument‼️ just a poll. If you did, what did your doctor say about it? did you tell them? pros/cons? Is there a “wait limit” similar to alcohol that you know of or have heard? 
I understand there isn’t much evidence or research on how it effects the baby (I’ve done quite a bit of research, most websites say there isn’t much study on it so far or say what they think MIGHT happen) so this is mainly just personal experience🍃

Smoking anything isn't good while breastfeeding and the thc takes longer to leave your system than alcohol. Npr posted an article last week or the week before saying there is a link between smoking while breast feeding and childhood anxiety. If you really feel like you need to smoke to help with medical issues that's something you need to discuss with your doctor and not take recommendations from strangers. If you just like to smoke than that's just irresponsible while breast feeding. And I say this as someone who has smoked daily since the age of 17 but stopped while pregnant and breast feeding

You shouldn't be doing it at all! If you can't make the sacrifice to stop while nursing then stop nursing. Period. End. Of. Sentence.

I’d rather not take risks with my child’s future health 🤷🏼‍♀️ If you can’t stop smoking while your breastfeeding, then you just shouldn’t breastfeed. 
Also weed is not like alcohol and sticks around in your system for awhile. While it might be small, if your regularly smoking, your constantly letting your infant consume traces of thc.
