Copper IUD

I wanna talk about my iud insertion. Over the last year or so I’ve done so much research and asked so many ppl(on here and other places) about the iud and their experiences and it was 99% horror stories. Well i got mine today and it was nothing like i imagined. I’ve been putting it off for a while now because i was so scared of the pain but i literally didn’t feel it at all! I felt a little pressure when she insert the speculum and a little pinch when she was measuring my uterus but i didn’t even know she had inserted the iud! I did have a little gush of blood when she took the speculum out and I’m still bleeding but it’s lighter than my regular period. I’m having very mild cramps but that was only 3 hours ago and I’ve also had 2 babies so maybe that had something to do with it. I’ll update if anything significant happens lol but i just wanted to come on here because there’s so much information about bad experience and almost none about the good.
