Need guidance I’m a newbie

Hi all, i had to stop my birth control abruptly due to having Covid, because Covid gives you an increase chance of having blood clots and well as the pill so my provider told me to stop it. That being said I was planning to completely get off of it since I have been on it for 10+ years. I stopped on the 23rd and got my “ period” on the 30th. That being said I have been having unprotected sex almost everyday since I stopped it. Any chance I have a high chance in the last week to conceive, a baby is not the worst thing for us right now, we are trying but not trying we don’t want to go through all those ovulation tests etc. How long did it take for you ladies to get pregnant after being on the pill for a while? Any tips or tricks? Also if I was ovulating when would that exactly be based on the information I gave? Thank you so much!
