Lastnight when I got out the shower I insert some rephresh odor eliminating gel (personal lubrication) Moments later me and my boyfriend had sex. Did I kill my chances of TTC?

No but just so you know the whole odor refreshing gel stuff isn't really nearly as good for you as they advertise.

I was told by my ob not to use any of the ph or refreshing products they have out there because your vagina is self cleaning. She said it can actually do more harm than good, I use cetphil to wash. I don’t think you killed your chances though, there’s always a chance. Good luck 🤞

Never insert odor killer into your vagina! The only reasons vaginas smell bad is if there is an underlying condition. It is normal for vaginas to have an odor. Ugh.
