I’m 28 weeks & I’ve been experiencing the cramping after sex since around 18 weeks.. have experienced some spotting after sex too & I was told by my Dr that it’s completely normal. If it concerns you it definitely doesn’t hurt to mention it at your next appointment! I would say it’s normal tho

Idk about after just sex.... but if you orgasmed, my doc said that's normal.
