First time temping help!
This is my first time trying it so I really don’t understand what I am looking at. I know enough from reading posts on here that there’s not enough data yet to confirm but can someone explain the chart to me. What am I looking at, what am I looking for, and what should it look like going forward? I had a positive opk on the 7th so CD12. Thank you for any help.
