I’ve read quite a lot sperm gets better when it’s had a day to mature . But I think there’s a lot of literature that says different things

I’ve been researching this as well and I’ve read that if you have sex every other day during ovulation it increases your chances to get pregnant verses every single day due to sperm being trapped and not getting where they need to be. I read this on google the other day. I was wondering the same thing myself.
