Carpet burn??

I just noticed this on my daughters knees she crawls slot and we have carpet and rugs could it he carpet burn?

I’d keep pants on her, or buy some little baby knee pads on Amazon. This has happened to all my littles when they started crawling.

Looks like its just irritated, I wouldn't say it's actually rug burn, but could lead to it . If baby's just crawling around on carpet I'd suggest keeping pants on. Obviously on hard floors that becomes more slippery depending on the material.
