Herniated Disc
Anyone else have back problems?
I seem to have a reoccurring herniated disc per my physiotherapist. I’ve had it for the last several years. I walk crooked some days especially after sitting. I’m in pain a lot and have been given specific exercises to do daily which I complete most days. The odd time, the pain shoots down my leg due to pressure on my sciatic nerve.
It’s not severe enough for surgery which I would not anyway. I do physio consistently throughout the year and I went to a chiropractor and absolutely hated it. When I walked more often, my disc didn’t go out as often but during the winter I find it harder to exercise.
I just want to be able to be pain free and feel normal again. Anybody have any luck with anything in particular that helped their back problems?
Thanks.
