Sex hurts.

I am a 19 year old girl. Never been able to put in a tampon, it hurts very badly. May 2021 i lost my virginity to my ex boyfriend. it was so painful. i bled like crazy. basically, every time i had sex after that , was painful for the first like 5 minutes. months and months go by, had sex regularly. Even after sex, can’t even put my own finger/ a tampon inside. Went to gyno while after having sex, told them it’s super painful and they said it’s just because I’m new at it and it’s just an extremely tight and it’ll get easier with time. My ex and I are no longer together and i had bought a toy to try practicing with , and try practicing putting inside me. this thing is the size of my finger. I had bought lube even, and still. It’s so painful.

It’s frustrating because I don’t want sex to always be painful for me. and i don’t really know what to do.

Ladies I need some advice .
