Anyone ever had a similar situation that was confirmed pregnant later?

So i tested late last night and after 3 minutes started to notice a faint line looked positive, by +8 minutes the line got dark and looks positive. Would this be an evap line if after 3 minutes it was faint? Today i retested early morning (3rd urine of day) and got a negative (I didn’t wait to read it) and then a negative on a digital clearblue test. I have been having very odd symptoms for the past 2-2.5 weeks. TMI: started nausea (continues periodically) but not exactly morning sickness, feeling of severe bloating that i have had for a week, heartburn (literally never get it!!!) with nipples literally turning weird red for about 4 days followed by breast pain that has continued and boobs weirdly getting bigger over a week. Also been feeling severely overwhelmed/emotional and moody (more like bitchy oops). I am on the NUVARING birth control and recently switched 3-4 months ago. I’m unsure if i should take it out a little earlier just to see if i would get my period? Should i retest? Anyone had any similar symptoms? Pictures are of test at 5 minutes and then 12, negative test was today. I appreciate any advice :) TIA
