My twins

I went in today for my ultrasound follow up. They did an in office scan just to make sure everything was okay because I just had Covid and recovered. My appointment after the ultrasound was canceled so they were just checking. As soon as they put it on my belly I knew something was wrong because I didn’t see the heartbeats anymore. I feel so lost and depressed. Can’t stop crying.I feel so guilty. Keep thinking if I hadn’t had gotten sick everything would still be okay. They said it happened this past week. Feels like i died with them.
