What could be a possible reason why my husband only wants to have sex once a week? I’m also the only one that initiates that one day a week, and sometimes I wish he could make me feel wanted. 😪

Various reasons. Lower sex drive than yours, he's tired or he just doesn't want to. Once a week is per the global average. Ask him.

I mean once a weak is normal. Some men can’t do it everyday. My husband needs to rest for sure after it. He likes to plan it but I enjoy it more when it’s spontaneously which I always initiate.

It’s normal and that’s actually more often than a lot of people I know. Back before I was pregnant I would usually initiate once a week and my husband would initiate a second time. At 21 weeks we have had sex a lot less and I’m actually on pelvic rest right now, but now that I cannot have it, it seems like he wants it a lot more. So maybe if you stopped initiating for a bit and teased a bit more he would initiate?
