Is the flu dangerous when you’re pregnant?? 
Right now my symptoms are aches, chills, sore throat and stomach ache off and on. Slight runny, stuffy nose, also off and on. But these aches and sore throat are horrible and kicking me on my butt. 
I’m 20 weeks pregnant

Not really. Unless you have some dangerous underlying health conditions it’s just a pain in the butt.

Yes. If it results with high fever and breathing difficulties. That is a reason pregnant people are advised to get a flu shot.
If it is mild, there is no problem.
